Application Process
The Iron City Fellows application is open for our fall 2025 Inaugural Class. Our admissions process is selective, and the spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We aim to reserve half of the spots for men and half for women. A visit to Birmingham is encouraged but not mandatory.

Application Deadlines
We make every effort to notify applicants within four weeks of applying. If you have time-sensitive circumstances, please let us know. Following the spring deadline, admissions will be rolling. Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled.
Cost and Details
There is a $7,500 tuition required to participate in the Iron City Fellows Program. This tuition helps to pay for classes each semester, study materials, conferences and retreats, personality testing, and administrative expenses. Room and board are provided at no cost, and other living expenses are offset by internship compensation. Fellows are responsible for their own car and health insurance.
